Exploration of an old royal tomb

Prague (July 8, 2005) - A team of experts led by workers from Institute of Archeology of the Academy of Sciences of the Czech Republic discovered the  after many years of research and assistance the latest technology under the main altar of St. Vitus placethe original deposit of the mortal remains of the Czech King and Roman Emperor Charles IV. The existence of an old royal tomb is mentioned in some archival and historical records manuscripts, its rediscovery for the present generation, ie the exact localization and insight into its premises, however, took place in March 2005.
